EXHIBITOR SERVICE

CREATIVA 2026 will take place from Wednesday, March 17 to Sunday, March 21, 2027. Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We open the following entrances: Entrance North and Entrance Messe West.

Stand type and participation fee EUR/m2

Row stand (1 side open): 117,-

Corner stand (2 sides open): 122,-

Headstand (3 sides open): 127,-

Block stand (4 sides open): 131,-

Co-exhibitor fee: 175,- (per co-exhibitor)

The prices do not include the AUMA fee of EUR 0.60 per m² of stand space and the applicable VAT.
Marketing Package (see Special Terms of Participation, Item 6): EUR 220.00 plus VAT.

For main and co-exhibitors as well as additionally represented companies, the price for the obligatory marketing package is EUR 225.00 plus VAT. This will be charged with the invoice for the participation fee.

The package contains entries (company name, address and/or contact details) in the directories offered for each specific trade fair. The entries appear in the directory formats offered by the organizer, alternatively or cumulatively in the online exhibitor directory, on the monitors of the information pillars and, if available, in the trade fair app and in the print directory.

In addition to the standard entry, it is possible to request additional services from the organizer for a fee, depending on the offer of the respective trade fair.

Co-exhibitors or additionally represented companies and their exhibits must be registered by the main exhibitor. The fee for the marketing package will be charged to the main exhibitor for each co-exhibitor or additionally represented company. If the additionally represented companies are not to be named in the list, this must be expressly noted on the registration form.

The deadline for entry in the register is 01.02.2026. If
this deadline is not met, existing information from the application can be taken over.

Exhibitors who register after the closing date are not entitled to be listed in a particular directory.

Claims for damages for incorrect, incomplete or non-existent entries in the above-mentioned directories are excluded. The main exhibitor is responsible for the content of the entries in the directories and any resulting damages.

In our Online Service Center (OSC) you will find order forms for technical and advertising services, the technical guidelines and the contact details of our suppliers. You can rely on our expertise on site – with comprehensive services ranging from catering to stand construction. We will be happy to advise you on trade fair preparation and implementation.

Important: Stand materials may only be stored within the area of your own exhibition stand; empty containers must be removed immediately, and aisles must be kept clear of both empty and full containers.

Access to the halls: March 21, 2027, from 7:00 PM
Vehicle access to the halls is permitted, provided that the logistical situation
allows it. During major events, such as those taking place in other areas of the Westfalenhallen or in the neighboring Signal-Iduna-Park, access to the halls may be delayed or restricted.

End of dismantling: March 22, 2027, 6:00 PM

Unfortunately, it happens again and again that exhibitors receive misleading offers to be listed in so-called trade fair and exhibitor directories. Well-known companies and online directories are art-living.info, Expo Guide, International Fairs Directory, Handwerk-Markt.com, Handcraft-market.com and Construct Data Publisher. Messe Dortmund GmbH expressly states that it has no connection whatsoever with “Expo Guide”, “art-living.info”, “FAIR GUIDE”, “International Fairs Directory”, “Handwerk-Markt.com” and “Handcraft-market.com”.

We expressly distance ourselves from the business practices of these companies. In most cases, these are unauthorized publishers who finance themselves through fee-based entries in various directories. However, they often give the impression that the offer is free of charge. It is only in the small print of the terms and conditions that the amount and duration of the payment obligation is revealed – which often comes as a nasty surprise.

You can make entries in the official media of our events via our Online Service Center (OSC). The access data for the OSC will be sent to you together with the stand confirmation by our trade fair teams on Messe Dortmund GmbH letterhead or by e-mail with the corresponding signature.

Currently, unscrupulous companies are attempting to offer exhibitor and visitor lists from our trade shows, as well as paid listings in purported trade show directories. In some cases, they are also unlawfully using logos and names of our events to give the impression of an official partnership.

Messe Dortmund GmbH does not, as a matter of principle, disclose exhibitor or visitor contact lists from its own trade shows to third parties without the express consent of the parties concerned. Furthermore, there are no business relationships whatsoever with the aforementioned providers.

We therefore recommend that exhibitors and partners carefully review such offers and, if in doubt, refrain from accepting them.
